Boulder Medical Center Senior Medicine Clinic is located at Broadway and Balsam in Boulder. Parking is available from Balsam Ave. just east of Broadway.

We are dedicated to providing excellent medical care and quality service. The Boulder Medical Center provides Primary Care Physicians and a full array of specialists and ancillary services.
Answers to Common Questions Asked By Our Medicare Patients
Boulder Medical Center physicians are all non-participating providers with Medicare. As is required of all Medicare providers, we will submit your bill of charges directly to Medicare as your primary insurance carrier. However, because we are non-participating, Medicare will send any payments, along with a Medicare Summary Notice, directly to you. As such, you will be responsible for paying the Boulder Medical Center for the full amount of the charges that were billed. You should also be aware that because we are non-participating, the amount you will be responsible to pay will usually be a bit more than what Medicare pays. Should you carry any supplemental secondary insurance coverage for these additional amounts, it is your responsibility to submit the bills to those carriers and secure payment directly from them.
