North Boulder Physical Therapy Sports Rehabilitation, LLC has two locations. We have a facility at the Boulder Medical Center and a second facility at 3000 Center Green, Suite 110 (#303-413-9903). We take a personal and direct approach to meeting each patient’s health needs, whether the goal is getting over a back pain episode or skiing the bumps. For people with health problems resulting from an injury or disease, the physical therapist assists in the recovery process—making them stronger and more mobile, relieving their pain, and helping them to regain use of the injured area or to return to work and recreation. Physical Therapists are experts at teaching patients what to do to shorten their rehabilitation time. Home exercises and self care are part of every patient’s treatment. You can expect a complete evaluation, education in your condition, modern treatment techniques, state of the art equipment and an outstanding physical therapist who will make your rehabilitation a positive experience. Almost all insurance plans are accepted.

The department is staffed by 12 licensed physical therapists who are members of the American Physical Therapy Association. All physical therapists have been practicing at lest 4 years before joining North Boulder Physical Therapy. They are assisted by an extremely knowledgeable, certified athletic trainer who is one of Boulder’s knee rehabilitation experts. There is also a certified hand therapist/registered occupational therapist who is available at either location.
