The pulmonary department is involved with both disorders and health maintenance of the respiratory tract. Included in pulmonary medicine are problems involving the airways and lungs.

A History and Physical Exam
Pulmonary Function Testing which are Breathing Tests
Blood Oxygen Levels
Chest X-Rays
Exercise Testing
And if Indicated: Bronchoscopy which is a fiber optic direct exam of the lungs
