L. Michelle Booth, MD- Pediatrics

Dr. Booth was born in Alabama, raised in Texas and moved to Colorado in 1992. Before beginning practice at the Boulder Medical Center, Dr. Booth was in private practice in Littleton, Colorado. Dr. Booth enjoys spending time with her family and she especially enjoys travel, scuba, photography, cooking and reading.

MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

Dr. Booth graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas in 1988. Dr. Booth completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Booth enjoys caring for patients from birth through high school ages. She finds the continuity of care as well as the bonds formed through interactions with the families to be the best part of pediatrics.

Due to her extensive training in microbiology and immunology, she is a strong proponent of following the recommended immunization schedule. She feels that this is both a personal and public health responsibility.

Dr. Booth is board certified in Pediatrics. She is a member of the Colorado Medical Society and the Boulder County Medical Society.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Booth at Boulder Medical Center Avista in Louisville, please call 303-666-2720. Appointments are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. Saturdays. Phones open daily at 8:30 a.m. However, specific office hours for each physician may vary.
