Cheryl Cavanaugh, MD - Pediatrics

Dr. Cavanaugh originally from Davenport, IA, started her practice at Boulder Medical Center in November, 1997. Her special interests are gardening, hiking, and canoeing.

MEDIACAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

Dr. Cavanaugh graduated from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa in 1989 with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in microbiology. In 1993 she received her medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, later completing her residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Prior to working at the Boulder Medical Center she was Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Dr. Cavanaugh is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Cavanaugh is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Colorado and Boulder County Medical societies.

The office is open Monday through Saturday at 8:30 am with evening appointments available for your convenience. On Saturday the office is open until noon. However, specific hours for each physician may vary.
