Travis A. Crawford, MD - Family Practice

Dr. Crawford grew up in rural Seneca, Illinois. He enjoys spending family time with his wife, Crystal, son, Jacob and daughter, Jessica enjoy in the Colorado outdoors; hiking, camping, and cycling. Prior to coming back to Colorado in 2006, Dr. Crawford spent five years practicing broad spectrum family medicine in Hoopeston, Illinois.

MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

Dr. Crawford received his pre-med education from Illinois Wesleyan University and Illinois State University, graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford where he graduated with honors in 1998. Dr. Crawford completed his Internship and Residency at the Poudre Valley Hospital and Fort Collins Family Medicine Center in Fort Collins, Colorado. He was Chief Resident in his final year.

Dr. Crawford looks forward to taking care of patients of all ages and being a partner in their continued health.

Dr. Crawford is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Colorado Medical Society and the Boulder County Medical Society.

Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with some evening appointments available for your convenience. On Saturday the office is open from 8:30 AM until noon. However, specific hours for each physician may vary.
