Family Practice
Leslie Grady was born in and raised in Peoria, Illinois. She has lived in Portland, Oregon, and Salt Lake City, Utah where she worked as a physician assistant prior to moving to Boulder. She started her practice at Boulder Medical Center in April, 1996. Leslie says it has always been her dream to live and practice in Colorado. She is married and she and her husband have two daughters. She enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and gardening.
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
A Physician Assistant is a State Licensed or Federally Certified practitioner that is part of a team with their supervising physician/s. The Physician Assistant’s education process typically parallels that of a traditional medical school, but is a shorter program and does not require formal Internship or Residency. The Physician Assistant shares responsibility of the patient with the supervising physician.
MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY
Leslie received her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Iowa City, Iowa in 1978. She is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. Leslie has worked both in Family Practice and Internal Medicine with special training and experience in Dermatology and diabetes care. She especially enjoys the diversity of family medicine and the opportunity it gives her to help patients become involved in preventative care.

To schedule an appointment with Leslie Grady, PA, please call 303-440-3102. Boulder Medical Center’s office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday. However, specific hours for each Physician Assistant may vary.
