Dr. Connor Graham moved to Boulder in 2006 to start his medical
practice. He is originally from Texas and received his undergraduate
degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He
completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science
Center in Houston and his residency in internal medicine at the
University of Hawaii in Honolulu. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Graham's specialty is general internal medicine which is primary
care for adults. The scope of his practice is wide, ranging from the
common cold to cancer. Routine preventative care is also a daily part
of his practice. Dr. Graham often works with patients to diagnose
acute symptoms and guide patients in the ongoing management of
multiple medical problems. He also helps coordinate care in patients seeing multiple specialists. Issues commonly encountered is his practice include hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid
disorders, depression, anxiety, STD screening, and cancer screening.
Issues commonly referred out of the office include acute orthopedic injuries and chronic pain management. Dr. Graham does not perform routine gynecologic care.
Dr. Graham is interested in the use of technology to improve patient
care and patient communication. He regularly communicates with
patients via e-mail (via NextMD.com) to optimize their blood pressure management and
convey lab results. He works to maintain good access to his practice,
typically under booking his schedule to allow for same day
appointments. He is in the office from Monday through Friday but can
be reached on the weekends in the case of an emergency. He asks his patients to call the office if they do not receive results of any testing done.
