For My Wonderful Patients,

I am sad to say that I am leaving Boulder Medical Center and moving my practice out of state. My last day will be June 25th, 2012. The financial situation for me here has forced a difficult choice, but I think it is time for a change.

The last two years have been some of the most rewarding of my career and I have loved taking care of you all. My partners are here for you going forward and I leave you in the good hands of Drs. Imig, Bright-Hoffmeyer, Christopher, and Cieslik. The phone number is 303-938-4710 for appointments.
