Alison Merser, P.A. -
Family Practice, Internal Medicine -
Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dear Patients,
As many of you may already know, on January 11, 2008, I will be leaving my position as a Physician Assistant for Boulder Medical Center in family practice. My fiancé and I have decided to fullfill a lifelong dream to travel to Southeast Asia. Our plan is to be away from our jobs for approximately nine months. During that time, we will travel, get married in Maine, and spend time with our families on the east coast.
Understandably, there is no guarantee that a position will be available to me upon my return; however, due to our growth as a practice, my supervising physicians expect I will be able to return to the practice. It is my desire to resume my position in the fall of 2008. The providers and staff have been very supportive of my leave of absence.
The Boulder Medical Center family practice group is committed to providing you and your family with continued medical care. We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality service. We are currently adding new providers to meet the expanding needs of our patients.
I wish you and your family good health, happiness and a life full of rich experiences in 2008. It has been my pleasure to provide you with medical care during the past five years, and I look forward to reconnecting with you upon my return.
Best wishes,
Alison Merser PA-C
