Michael Plotnick, MD - Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Plotnick grew up on Long Island, New York. He was in private practice in New York for 10 years prior to joining the Boulder Medical Center in August 2004. He has three children. Dr. Plotnick is an avid outdoorsman whose interests include climbing, camping and snowboarding.

MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

Dr. Plotnick attended Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island for both his undergraduate studies and medical school in the seven year medical program. He then served his residency and internship (including chief resident) at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Plotnick is a past Clinical Instructor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. He has taken part in research studies and will offer this opportunity to his patients when appropriate. Dr. Plotnick looks forward to providing obstetric and gynecologic care to his patients.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Dr. Plotnick is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. He has served on Quality Assurance Committees and participated in peer review of other OB/GYN physicians for many years. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Plotnick, please call 303-938-4710. Boulder Medical Center Foothills office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, specific hours for each physician may vary.
