Carrie D. Swartz, MD - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Swartz grew up in Kansas. She returned to Boulder, Colorado to begin her medical practice at the Boulder Medical Center Foothills office in September 2006. Dr. Swartz‘s outside activities include hiking, skiing, travel and spending time with her husband, dog and new baby boy.

MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

Dr. Swartz graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry. She received her medical degree from the University of Kansas in Wichita. Dr. Swartz completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of New Mexico.

Dr. Swartz has a special interest in family planning and contraception, gynecological surgery, complicated obstetrics and management of abnormal pap smears and HPV disease. She also speaks Spanish fluently.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

 Dr.  Swartz is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a junior fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the Colorado Medical Society and the Boulder County Medical Society.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Swartz, please call 303-938-4710. Boulder Medical Center Foothills office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, specific hours for each physician may vary.
