Maggie Varner, C-ANP -
Internal Medicine
Maggie Varner was born and raised on Long Island, New York. She relocated to Colorado in 1979, residing in Louisville. She and her husband Myron have two sons, Collin and Marc; their greatest accomplishment. Maggie enjoys outdoor activities, including biking, skiing and camping.
Maggie has been a nurse practitioner since 1981 and at the Boulder Medical Center since May of 2000. She does volunteer work with Hospice of Boulder County and does outreach with many of the elderly in Louisville.
MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY
Maggie Varner received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut; and her Nurse Practitioner training and graduate degree (MSN) from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is a Certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys all aspects of internal medicine with particular interest in women’s health issues. She enjoys working with college aged clients.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Maggie Varner is a member of the American Nurses Association for Advanced Practice Nurses, and the Colorado Nurses Association. She is on the Clinical Faculty of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Nursing. She was a finalist for the prestigious Nightingale Award for Excellence in Human Caring in 1990.

To schedule an appointment with Maggie Varner, C-ANP, in Internal Medicine please call 303-440-3268. Boulder Medical Center’s office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, specific hours for Nurse Practitioners may vary.
