Eric Zacharias, MD - Internal Medicine

Dr. Zacharias began his practice at the Boulder Medical Center in 1999 after several years of private practice in Denver. He and his wife, both native Southerners, moved to Colorado for the great offerings of outdoor activities and excellent climate. They enjoy running, cycling, telemark skiing, and hiking together and with their children.

MEDICAL TRAINING AND SPECIALTY

Dr. Zacharias is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, the comprehensive medical care of adult patients. He attended Vanderbilt University for medical school and the University Of Colorado for specialty training. He maintains an academic appointment at the University of Colorado as a clinical professor. His practice emphasizes preventative health care, health maintenance, and early disease detection, but Dr. Zacharias also treats the spectrum of acute and chronic adult medical problems from those requiring simple office visits to those requiring intensive care hospitalization. He sees patients ranging in age from 14 to 100 years old.

Dr. Zacharias is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a member of the Colorado and Boulder County Medical Societies.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Zacharias, please call 303-440-3082. Boulder Medical Center’s office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. However, specific hours for each physician may vary.
