The Boulder Medical Center’s Research Department has over 30 years experience in conducting clinical trials for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Our Research Coordinators are all Licensed Nurses who are dedicated to providing clean, analyzable data in a timely fashion.

The Research Department has the capability to conduct studies in multiple specialties. Studies have been successfully completed in the following areas: allergy and asthma, cardiology, ENT, endocrinology, gastroenterology, internal medicine, pulmonology, rheumatology, dermatology, urology, ophthalmology, pediatrics and gynecology.

If you qualify for participation in a research study, all study related visits, procedures, and study medications are provided to you free of charge and there may be a financial compensation for your time and travel. You do not have to have health insurance to participate in a research study.

 

New & Ongoing Research Opportunities-Fall 2011:

Attention Smokers & Ex-smokers-Clinical Research Study Participants needed

Are you at least 40 years of age? Do you have trouble breathing or a persistent cough?

 

You may have a disease called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD

 

If you currently smoke or have smoked in the past AND Have no other significant health

conditions, You may qualify to participate in a clinical research study.

 

Eligible persons will receive study related medical exams and study medication at no cost while participating in the study.  Reimbursement may also be provided for time and travel.

 

Do you have dry eyes?

Dr. McCormack & Dr Kreidl are currently conducting a research study on an investigational medication for Dry Eyes. 

To qualify for the study you must be: 18 years of age or older and have been diagnosed with dry eyes for at least 3 months.

If you currently wear contact lens, you must agree to not wear them during your study participation.

All study related exams will be provided at no cost, plus you will receive compensation up to $200.00 for your time and travel.
