A note to Boulder Medical Center patients:
If you have received the American Institutes for Research, Mathematica Policy Research, and DG Solutions survey in the mail

The primary care providers at Boulder Medical Center (BMC) are participating in a number of programs to improve the quality of our patient care. Measuring the BMC patient experience is important to these programs. Patient feedback is seriously considered and incorporated into changes and improvements at all of our Boulder Medical Center facilities.

As part of our ongoing quality assessments, several third-party vendors — American Institutes for Research, Mathematica Policy Research, and DG Solutions — will be conducting patient surveys in October and November on behalf of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, Anthem, and United Healthcare. These anonymous surveys will gather feedback about patients’ health experience at Boulder Medical Center.

These companies randomly select patients for their surveys and contact them by mail. If you receive a survey by mail, we hope that you will consider participating. Your opinion is crucial to the implementation of improvement quality improvement activities at Boulder Medical Center. Let us know what you love and what we need to work on.
