Dr. Karen Andrews is the featured speaker at the next Boulder County S.A.F.E. (Supporting Allergic Families through Education) meeting on Thursday, June 18th in the 3rd floor Board Room of the Broadway address of Boulder Medical Center.
Dr. Andrews is Boulder Medical Center’s adult and pediatric Allergy and Immunology specialist. She is Board Certified in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and is SAFE’s Medical Advisor. Dr. Andrews will be speaking about anaphylaxis and providing essential tips on recognizing and treating anaphylaxis through practical hands-on scenarios. Light refreshments and allergen-friendly snack samples will be available.
S.A.F.E of Boulder County is a community-based organization dedicated to improving the health, safety, and well-being of families with food allergies through increased awareness and education.
