- Please call (303) 440-3216. A referral is not required to schedule an appointment. Our scheduling team will assist patients in obtaining needed referral paperwork.
- Patients who are not seeing a Boulder Medical Center Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider can complete this Registration Form and have your provider fax a referral with recent visit notes to (303) 440-3209. Cardiology patients will be asked to provide cardiology records and/or clearance.

About Christie Blanton
Dr. Christie Blanton is a board-certified gastroenterology (GI) physician. She was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama. Dr. Blanton graduated with honors from the University Of Alabama School Of Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine. She also completed a women’s GI fellowship externship at Brown University Women’s Collaborative.
Prior to coming to Boulder Medical Center, Dr. Blanton lived in New Orleans. She is thrilled to welcome patients to her clinic in Boulder.
“It is my goal to create a comfortable environment where anyone can come and openly speak about GI issues and concerns they may be facing,” she says.
