About Maggie Varner

Maggie moved to Boulder in 1979 with her now husband of 35 years. She has been in practice as a Nurse Practitioner since 1981, and at the Boulder Medical Center since May 2000 in the Internal Medicine department. Maggie has lived in Louisville, Co since 1979. She is married with two grown sons. Maggie is active in the outdoors enjoying biking, skiing, hiking and camping. She does outreach with many of the elderly in Louisville. Raising her sons is her biggest accomplishment.

Specialty Areas

Maggie has a special interest in well women care, menopausal issues, and health promotion. She sees both men and women of all ages for both acute and chronic care issues. She enjoys helping patients navigate through their health issues, both medical and emotional. Working at the Boulder Medical Center allows me to provide excellent care to patients, and the ability to consult with specialists as needed.
