About Stephen Fries
I have been at Boulder Medical Center since July of 1980. My wife Holly and I have 4 children, Laura, Carolyn and twins Mitch and Maggie. They are all full grown. I enjoy Colorado for its beauty, recreational opportunities, the weather and the quality of medical care delivered to patients here at the Medical Center.
I am a clinical professor at the University of Colorado medical school and intermittently teach medical students.
Presently I am on the Board of Directors at Boulder Community Health and Boulder Medical Center.
I have many parents who I saw grow up in my practice and are now parents themselves. I am really proud to serve them and all my families. I enjoy caring for special needs children and helping them navigate through the health care system.
I have the best job in the world.
