by Tara Parks, DPM. “Looking back, my training for the Boston Marathon didn’t begin when my 4-month, intensive, race-focused training plan. It started many years before running in 5K and 10K races like the Bolder Boulder, then moving up to half marathons.”

“Dr. Parks is a gem. She is warm, caring and professional. This summer while crossing the street I was struck by a car and needed foot surgery. I got very lucky and found Dr. Parks. She guided me through all aspects of the pre and post-op process and always reassured me when I needed it. My surgery was partly challenging because of osteoporosis but Dr. Parks did wonderful work and my foot is healing beautifully.”
