Come join me, along with new moms and pregnant moms to discuss the importance of establishing good sleep routines, schedules and consistencies for healthy happy sleep habits right from birth. We will discuss any current sleep struggles that you are having and/or how to improve any sleep issues, whether that is naptime, bedtime, overnight sleep, self‐ soothing struggles, etc. I will also go over many sleep tips and address any questions or concerns you may have.
I want to share and give you helpful tips on how to improve your current sleep situation and continue or start healthy sleep habits with your baby. Every family and individual has their own thoughts, goals and needs when it comes to sleep for their baby. As babies change developmentally each week and month, so does their sleep routine and schedule. It’s important to know how to direct them and keep their sleep habits healthy, happy, successful and on schedule. Sleep deprivation can make you doubt yourself and second guess your decisions. I will be here to give you knowledge and guide you through any sleep process. This sleep class is open to any sleep style or struggles you may be having. I want to help you become successful with your baby’s sleep.
I have different sleep packages available for families looking for individual sleep coaching and support to get your family sleeping successfully.
