Telehealth Update

With the expiration of the public health emergency associated with the Covid-19 epidemic, certain restrictions are now in place for telehealth visits for BMC patients. Telehealth services are available to Colorado residents who are established with our practice. We appreciate your understanding.

About Telehealth at Boulder Medical Center

Boulder Medical Center’s new telemedicine program enables patients to receive a wide range of healthcare services from their providers without having to travel to a BMC clinic.

Using a smartphone, tablet, or computer, video visits are available for most primary care and specialty providers. In addition to ongoing care for existing and new patients, video conferencing also enables BMC providers to manage and refill medications and review lab results, x-rays and ultrasounds.

Virtual visits are covered by most major medical insurance companies, however, Boulder Medical Center advises patients to contact your insurance company to ensure coverage.

Current BMC patients who want to make a virtual visit appointment should contact their provider. If you are not yet a BMC patient, please call our centralized scheduling department at (303) 440-3001 to learn how you can establish care.
