Pharmacy Hours of operation:

M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
& Saturday 9AM to Noon

The Boulder Medical Center Pharmacy is contracted with all major insurances and accepts most prescription cards. The pharmacy is computerized and we are able to contact all pharmacy insurance companies via modem access. This enables us to determine copays and pharmacy benefits while your prescription is being processed by the pharmacist.

The pharmacy computer system also provides patient medication profile records and helps the pharmacist perform several functions:

Drug interaction checks
Allergy cross checking
Therapeutic dosing checks

Other services provided by the pharmacy include:

Compounding prescriptions (for patients or their pets)
Injectable drugs
Oncology medications and supportive therapies
Delivery via the Boulder Bicycle Couriers

The pharmacy has a complete drug information library which includes several computerized databases. We have a teaching relationship with the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy which gives us access to all their information resources also.
