    Boulder Medical Center providers do not provide exemption letters unless the case meets specific guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and per best practice guidelines set forth by professional agencies such as the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
