Boulder Medical Center Broadway Location Rezoning

We have heard from several community members about Boulder Medical Center’s request to rezone our property at 2750 Broadway in Boulder. We want to assure you that BMC is here to stay in Boulder as an independent, wholly physician-owned multi-specialty medical group practice.

Our 2750 Broadway building is now more than 77 years old and is approaching the end of its useful life. We have been diligently studying opportunities to replace in place; however, that is simply not feasible. We are committed to supporting growth and modernizing our facilities to ensure that we are positioned to continue to serve the needs of our community. As such, we have been strategically planning for future facilities within the Boulder community. While rezoning our current location is being considered, there are currently no firm plans for a new facility location.
