Patient Liaison Services at Boulder Medical Center
Our Patient Liaison Department is available to identify care problems, direct patient inquiries or concerns, and facilitate resolution. We can help patients by:
- Receiving feedback on your experience at Boulder Medical Center
- Collecting information regarding concerns about the care that you received or your interactions with providers or staff
- Act as a liaison for you to providers and/or management
Share Your Concern
You can share your concern with us by:
- Completing our HIPAA-protected Concern & Feedback form so we have a complete record of your perspective on the concern.
- Calling (303) 440-4125 and leaving a message describing your concern.
- Emailing. Include a brief summary of your feedback. Be sure not to include personal health information.
We will get back to you within 48 business hours.
No Show Appeal
If you have received a “no-show” letter and believe you canceled in accordance with our no-show policy or your provider’s office guidelines, please complete our No-Show Appeal form, and we will get back to you.
