Our Patient Liaison Department is available to identify care problems, direct patient inquiries or complaints, and facilitate resolutions. We can help you by:

  • Receiving feedback on your experience at Boulder Medical Center
  • Collecting information regarding concerns about the care that you received or your interactions with providers or staff
  • Act as a liaison for patients with Boulder Medical Center providers and/or management to promote communication
