LabCorp Locations Open to the Public

  • Boulder – Broadway: 2750 Broadway, Boulder. Note that doors do not open until 7:15 am at this location.
  • Longmont: 1950 Mountain View Ave, Longmont

LabCorp Locations Open to Boulder Medical Center Patients Only 

  • Boulder – Foothills: 4745 Arapahoe Avenue #200, Boulder
  • Louisville: Health Park Drive #100, Louisville

Insurance and Billing
