Dr. Jenna Peart is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Growing up in a family with two physician parents, she always believed they had “the coolest job in the world” and aspired to follow in their footsteps from an early age.
Dr. Peart earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College. She went on to attend medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated in the top ten of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Following medical school, Dr. Peart moved to Colorado, where she completed her internship at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital and her dermatology residency at the University of Colorado. During residency, she developed a deep appreciation for Colorado’s mountains and outdoor lifestyle and has made the state her home ever since.
As a dermatologist, Dr. Peart is motivated by the reward of seeing meaningful improvements in her patients’ skin and the confidence and quality of life that follow. She brings a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and precision to patient care. She is committed to staying current with emerging research and advances in dermatologic treatment to ensure her patients benefit from the most up-to-date, evidence-based care.
Dr. Peart’s philosophy centers on partnership. She works collaboratively with each patient to establish individualized skin care goals and remains flexible and responsive, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Peart enjoys spending time with her two young boys and hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and rock climbing. She has summited all of Colorado’s fifty-eight 14,000-foot peaks.
Dr. Peart is also the founder of Alpenshade, a sun-protective clothing line designed to help families stay comfortably protected during outdoor adventures.
