Build Your Nursing Career in Boulder County, CO
Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is a local, independent, and physician-owned group of primary care and specialty practices with five offices in four communities – Boulder, Erie, Longmont, and Louisville Colorado. The group is well-established in Boulder County and the surrounding areas, having served the community since 1949.
How is working at Boulder Medical Center different?
Unlike traditional corporate practices or hospitals, physicians at Boulder Medical Center are owners. This means they have the freedom to practice care in the way they want, giving their clinical teams unique opportunities to learn and lead.
- Physician-led, patient-focused: Our independent model puts decisions about patient care in the hands of our physicians, taking pressure off our nursing team.
- Multi-specialty experience: Opportunities to work in primary care and/or specialty clinics, including gastroenterology, rheumatology, podiatry, allergy, and more.
- Work-life balance: Enjoy regular daytime hours (no overnight shifts), paid holidays, and a lower-risk clinical setting than hospitals.
- Team-based learning: Most providers enjoy teaching and mentoring, creating a collaborative learning environment for all clinical staff.
