Shot Clinic

  • By Appointment Only: Monday-Friday — 8:00-11:15 am, 1:00-4:15 pm
  • Please remember to bring your EpiPen and plan to wait 30 minutes after your shot, for your safety

Late Policy

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
  • Clinic doors open at 7:45 am, so avoid arriving earlier
  • We will need to reschedule if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time

Guest Policy

  • To focus on the patient, we request that children without appointments do not attend with family members.
