Jordan Levandoski, DNP, FNP–BC
Dr. Jordan Levandoski is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who provides advanced, patient-centered care across the lifespan. The DNP is the highest level of clinical practice in nursing, with advanced training in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex acute and chronic conditions.
Dr. Levandoski moved from California to Boulder in 2003. Before joining Boulder Medical Center, he worked as a registered nurse at a local hospital while earning his master’s degree in nursing from the University of Colorado. He later completed his doctorate in nursing practice at Yale University while practicing as a family nurse practitioner at Clinica Family Health and Wellness. Jordan also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Northern Colorado Graduate School of Nursing.
Dr. Levandoski takes a holistic approach to care. “It begins with a caring relationship,” he explains. “I value supporting each individual’s health goals through evidence-based medicine, patient education, and advocacy.” For him, success means maintaining a life filled with dignity, purpose, and joy as our bodies continually adapt to the aging process.
Outside of BMC, Dr. Levandoski enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dogs. He loves snowboarding, listening to music, and gardening in North Boulder.
