To All Boulder Medical Center Patients
This summer, all Boulder Medical Center clinics are installing new software that will help us better serve you. We ask for your patience and understanding as we transition to this new system.
Beginning August 30, 2017, our front desk staff will ask every patient to check in with your insurance card and government-issued identification. This step is required to ensure that we have your most current information. Your insurance card and identification will be collected each time you check in for your scheduled appointment starting August 30. This is the identification that we can accept:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- U.S. Military ID
- Permanent Resident Card
To allow time for our staff to verify and update your patient records, be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for each visit.
