About Connor Graham

Dr. Connor Graham moved to Boulder in 2006 to join the Boulder Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Originally from Texas, he earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and completed his residency at the University of Hawaii at Queens Hospital in Honolulu.

As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Graham focuses on caring for adults with both acute and chronic medical conditions and often multiple concurrent medical conditions. In addition to managing chronic medical conditions, internists (or internal medicine specialists) are trained to diagnose any physical complaint. He works closely with all sub-specialists to manage his patients and coordinate their care.

When not in his office, you will likely find him in his garden or playing golf. He also enjoys skiing with his wife and two daughters. In addition, he and his wife feel that Boulder has been a wonderful place to live and raise their children.
