 Founded in 1949 by ten physicians, Boulder Medical Center, P.C. is a multi-specialty group practice. Boulder Medical Center (BMC) serves Boulder and the surrounding Denver Metropolitan area. Today BMC has approximately 65 physicians and 300 support staff providing primary and specialty health care for approximately 900 – 1200 patients each day in three locations. We offer excellent medical care in a friendly and caring environment.

In compliance with the HITECH Act (EHR) to attain Meaningful Use we are required to capture demographic data including your preferred language, race and ethnicity. This is an important part of your medical history and will assist us during our clinical quality improvement process.
