Your healthcare provider may recommend laboratory tests for you.
These services are provided by an outside source with Laboratory stations
located in or near your physicians office.

Boulder Medical Center Foothills - 4745 Arapahoe Rd., Boulder

Laboratory hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The Lab is closed Sundays and Holidays.

Boulder Medical Center Avista 80 Health Park Dr. Suite 100 Louisville

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Laboratory services will be billed by a separate source. Laboratory billing questions should be directed to the Boulder Community Hospital billing office at 303-544-5744.
