Boulder Medical Center is pleased to announce that we will be accepting UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs plans, effective January 1, 2019.
As you may know, Medicare Advantage plans offer more benefits than Original Medicare prescription drug coverage (Part D), and many additional benefits. These plans are offered by private insurers and must cover everything that Original Medicare covers in Parts A and B, as well as Part D drug benefits. The plans also offer some additional services like dental, vision and wellness programs.
To make it easier for our patients to learn more about the UHC Medicare Advantage plans, UnitedHealthcare representatives will be available to meet with you at our Broadway location every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon starting Monday, October 15. No appointment is necessary.
