BMC Longmont Named to Colorado MMR Honor Roll

Boulder Medical Center’s Longmont clinic has been named to the Colorado Kindergarten MMR Provider Honor Roll, a new recognition program from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The honor is awarded to clinics that achieve high vaccination coverage among their kindergarten-aged patients, ensuring stronger community protection against measles, mumps, and rubella.

The MMR Provider Honor Roll celebrates health care providers that have achieved an MMR vaccination rate of 95% or higher—the threshold needed to maintain herd immunity and prevent outbreaks. BMC’s Longmont pediatric team exceeded that goal, reporting a 99% MMR vaccination rate among their kindergarten patients in 2024.

“We are honored to be recognized for fostering a culture of collaboration with our families in their vaccination journey,” said Dr. Lauren Brave, MD, Pediatrician at BMC Longmont. “This recognition reflects the trust our families place in us and their commitment to keeping our community healthy.”

The BMC Longmont clinic is one of five locations in Boulder County that are part of the local, independent, and physician-owned medical practice group. BMC has been serving the Boulder County community
