Boulder Medical Center Adopts Epic/MyChart

A Partnership with Boulder Community Health

Boulder Medical Center uses Epic and MyChart through a collaboration with Boulder Community Health.  This integration provides seamless access your medical records and enhanced care coordination, including with other organizations that use the Epic/MyChart platform.

Boulder Medical Center remains an independent group of physicians, as we have been for the past 75 years. Our collaboration with Epic enhances the quality and affordability of the care we deliver without changing our commitment to personalized, patient-centered care. Since 1949, we’ve been dedicated to serving our community as an independent practice, which will not change.

How to Sign Up / Login

If you have a Boulder Community Health (MyBCH) MyChart Account

    • Log In using the same credentials (username and password) as your Boulder Community Health MyBCH account.

If you do NOT have a MyBCH MyChart Account 

Messaging Expectations

Messaging with your provider’s office is only available after you have had your first visit with them.

Proxy Access for Parents/Guardians/Family

You can view your child or family member’s health records, make online appointments for them, and message providers on their behalf by setting up proxy access. Proxy access is typically granted to parents or guardians of minors, legal guardians for adults, or individuals with healthcare power of attorney. Court-appointed guardians or other legally recognized representatives may also qualify.

What to Expect After Requesting Proxy Access

  • If you don’t have a Boulder Medical Center MyChart account:
    • You’ll receive an activation code via email to set up your MyChart.
    • After your account is set up and proxy access is approved, you’ll be notified by email and within your MyChart.
  • If you already have a Boulder Medical Center MyChart account:
    • You’ll receive a notification via email and in your MyChart account when proxy access is approved.

Paying Your Boulder Medical Center Bill

  • You can securely pay your bills and view your balances since September 9, 2024 via your MyChart account.
  • For services received before September 9, 2024:
    • Call our Business Office at (303) 440-3019 for payment instructions, or
    • Mail your statement and payment to:
